Every Envision Estates property has appropriate security features to help tenants feel safe in their new home, and the community around us feel confident that our tenants will be safe.  

This includes:

• security lighting
• noise detection
• external motion detection systems

Our choice of locations for all our properties mean our tenants can easily use public transport systems, reducing the need for their own vehicles to be used.

Envision Estates directors will join local groups promoting safety in the local area.  We also aim for at least one tenant to be an advocate for local neighbourhood watch schemes within each of our properties.
